foxing to half-title and a bit of foxing to title-page. internally very clean. lower corner crease to two pages. hint of foxing to fore-edge. very slight forward lean.
dust-jacket complete and not price-clipped. a little edge worn to top and foot. the red banner style title on the front panel of the jacket shows yellow on the spine, as issued.

Following the threat of a lawsuit from the Marconi Company the book was withdrawn from sale, making it a rarity in first edition form, and with the dust-jacket, probably the rarest Titanic related published book.
