All books and other items on this site are offered subject to prior sale. We update these listings as frequently as possible but it is always possible that something might have just been sold elsewhere

All goods are offered as described, but if any item is found to be defective, it may be returned for a full refund

REFUND POLICY

Under Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within fourteen days of receipt.

A further fourteen days is allowed for the return of goods.

You will be refunded the full cost of the goods within fourteen days of receipt of the returned item[s].

Please contact us before returning any goods so that we can advise on packing and shipping options.

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal details, such as email addresses, postal addresses and telephone numbers are held on our database to enable the fulfilment of your order and, if you opt in to receive notifications we can alert you to any future offers and catalogues available through the online store.

These details are held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1996 and are GDPR compliant.  This means we will not share your data with any other organisation or third party unless required to do so by law, or for the purposes of fulfilling the delivery of your order.

 SHIPPING

Our flat-rate shipping charge is based on the approximate cost of sending a 1kg package.

We try and absorb the extra cost for parcels above this weight, but with overseas shipping becoming increasingly expensive, we may have to request extra shipping charges for heavier items to destinations out with mainland Europe [and very occasionally within Europe].

This request would be made after the order has been submitted and paid for. If the customer does not wish to pay the extra charges, they will of course receive a full refund.
