Postcard album containing 88 topographical cards of France, Belgium, Germany and India, dating from 1918 to 1920
the cards were all sent to Master James MacLeod, of Carter Mount, Whitkirk, near Leeds, by his father whilst on service in each country during and immediately after world war one.
Most of those sent from France, Belgium and Germany carry a 'passed by censor' stamp, and those from France have the name of the town redacted.
All but a few of the Indian cards [38 in all] are views of, or scenes in, Calcutta
