together with the chart - "Brown's Ten Fathom Chart of the Firth of Clyde and Western Islands of Scotland" - a large folding brightly coloured chart.
good condition in the original paper covers, though there are a few ink stains.
Both the guide book and chart are scarce items and to find the two together is very unusual.
Although not dated, I believe the chart to be the 1930 re-issue, though I suspect there is little difference between it and the original 1904 version.
the chart and guide were primarily aimed at the yachtsman cruising west coast waters.
